Helping Men Build Meaningful Friendships—The Key to Health, Wealth, and Happiness.

My mission.

"I help men understand that friendship is the ultimate investment with the highest returns. Strong, supportive friendships unlock life-changing opportunities, both personally and professionally. Whether it’s belonging or accountability, friendship provides a network that both saves and gives you time, money, and energy. When done right, it pays dividends for years. Dare I say it, with the right type of high-value friendship, you may never need a coach, therapist, or counsellor again."

How I Can Help.

COACHING.

Coaching for men is unique because we get real about your experience—the parts you may have swept under the rug out of fear, doubt, or judgment. We explore them, but we don’t dwell there. Coaching is about moving forward: Where do we go from here? What’s in your way? How do we remove those barriers so you can build a life you’re excited about?

Because coaching is future-focused, it’s not about the past but taking action. It’s a practical, results-driven process that requires clarity and the right behaviors for lasting change. Most men who come to coaching are ready to drop the weight they’ve carried too long and step into something better.

My approach is direct, supportive, and sometimes challenging. I get close to you, push when needed, and help you level up in health, relationships, and business. Coaching provides a safe, non-judgmental space where men can grow, connect, and reach their full potential.

I offer two coaching options: 1:1 coaching for deep personal work or group coaching for shared accountability and support.

Events.

Events are an easy, no-strings-attached way to step toward change. That’s why I encourage men to attend before working with me—it's a chance to experience me as a person first. My events focus on friendship, fun, and the challenge we men naturally enjoy.

Events I run:

  • Men's Fire & Ice: Monthly sauna and ice bath sessions to challenge the mind, rejuvenate the body, and foster connection.

  • Gents Doggy Walk & Dip: A free monthly hike, swim, and slackline meetup in Devon.

  • Men’s Day: A wellness event held in London, Vancouver, Kingsbridge, and soon, South Africa—featuring breathwork, ice baths, games, HIIT, and more.

  • F*ck the Small Talk: A UK-wide gathering that sparks real, honest conversations beyond surface-level small talk.

In my monthly newsletter, you will see even more events listed for men in the South Hams of Devon.

Testimonials.

“Ben goes the extra mile beyond our sessions. From regular check-ins to seeing how Im doing, to having an emergency call when I went through a breakup, to referring me onto people in his network who he thought I should connect with in person, to going overtime in many sessions without asking anything in return.

Ben's coaching sessions are worth every minute. Over the past year of doing regular sessions, I have grown in so many areas of my life. I now realise how important it is to have a regular feedback loop in order to see my own blindspots, be brave enough to make the important decisions that serve my life purpose and to stand up for what I believe in.”

“The men’s programme led me to strive for the life I wanted and now feel like I deserve…”
Sam

“I can’t recommend Ben enough! He has been an absolute godsend for me to define my vision for the future, but also provide invaluable support as I navigate some big life decisions.”
Daniel

“I look back on my first 30 days with gratitude and relief. It was the most valuable thing I’d ever done. I’d always been searching for a ‘big shift’ in therapy and for the first time it truly felt like something had shifted…”
Jordan

“I have had the privilege of experiencing both Ben’s coaching and Men’s Day, and I cannot stress enough how transformative both have been for me.”
Ridhish

“Working with Ben was a master stroke. I had recently been made redundant so I was NOT looking to pay for coaching, but after we met and connected I took up the offer of a free call. On that call I saw that he had a knack for calling me out on my nonsense and it became clear to me that this relationship could actually SAVE me time and money. The clarity I left that first call with would be a hallmark of my experience working with Ben…”
